Association Management Services

  1. Billing and collecting Association assessments.
  2. Depositing Association monies.
  3. Reconciling bank accounts daily.
  4. Developing and administering a collection policy.
  5. Providing monthly detailed financial reports to the Board of Directors.
  6. Coordinating preparation of tax return and annual audit.

 

Our Management Services:

  1. Manager attendance at board meetings and annual meetings,
  2. Assistance with contract specifications and competitive bidding.
  3. Directing and monitoring contractor performance.
  4. Providing advice regarding major problems and capital projects.
  5. Receiving and processing service inquiries for repairs and maintenance.
  6. Handling 24-hour emergency service requests during non-business hours.
  7. Performing regular site inspections.
  8. Investigating complaints regarding rule violations and take appropriate corrective action as determined by the Board of Directors.
  9. Preparing and maintaining all general correspondence on behalf of the Board of Directors.
  10. Preparing annual draft budget for the Board of Directors.
  11. Coordinating general membership meetings.
