- Performing regular site inspections.
- Investigating complaints regarding rule violations and take appropriate corrective action as determined by the Board of Directors.
- Preparing and maintaining all general correspondence on behalf of the Board of Directors.
- Preparing annual draft budget for the Board of Directors.
