Results Guarantee
We do not get paid until you get paid! We prepare the property for more in and coordinate any repairs. We advertise, show and process applications. We execute a full lease/disclosures that best protect you along with a thorough Move In inspection with pictures. After all of this is completed and all funds are collected then we are paid.
Leasing Guarantee
If a tenant does not fulfill their 12 month lease term, we will find you a new tenant for free.
Maintenance Guarantee
We will also contact you before any work is done to your property! You have the choice of the vendor that does that work.
Accounting Guarantee
We are here to provide timely payments, complete reports and answer questions as needed.
