Elsy joined Sail Properties, Inc. Property Management team in 2010; she is responsible for managing the daily operations of clients’ real estate investments. Elsy has an extensive property management background, with more than 10 years of working directly with property owners and tenants throughout Southern California. As a Realtor, Property Manager, and Full-time employee, Elsy brings a deep knowledge of the industry and applies an integrated approach to servicing client needs, including maintaining property budgets, managing key records and keeping her finger on the “pulse” of the latest property listings. Elsy earned her Real Estate license and has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business and Communication from California State University, Fullerton. As an extra bonus, Elsy is bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish. She enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds and has a passion for traveling.

Kiera is a licensed realtor and certified transaction coordinator with a background in finance and customer service. Since she started her career in real estate in 2020 she has helped close over 300 transactions. Her dedication to assisting clients and managing details is an asset to our team. Kiera was born and raised in Southern California. She spent a year living in Key Largo, where her husband was a Sous Chef at a private club community. They are now living in their hometown of Long Beach with their two daughters

Patricia has been a licensed Real Estate Agent for over 20 years. Patricia’s experience in Residential Sales and management of HUD Insured properties give her the skills necessary to provide excellent customer service to our owners, tenants, and vendors. Patricia continues to be passionate about assisting customers in all their real estate endeavors and is excited to be handling various leasing activities for Sail Properties. Patricia has called Huntington Beach home for the last 20 years, where both of her daughters were raised and attended local schools. In her off time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, camping, traveling, and crafting!

Bryan was born and raised in Orange County, Bryan is an empathetic and diligent individual, committed to working tirelessly on behalf of our tenants and landlords. A newly licensed Real Estate Agent in 2024, Bryan is somebody who has been immersed in real estate conversations and investor discussions for the majority of his life with a family that has taken on many investment opportunities and owned various properties. With a Communication Studies degree from Chapman University, and 10+ years of customer service roles, Bryan prides himself on being an asset in any role that he takes on. Bryan specializes in assisting clients with finding their next short term rental home or their forever home! In his time away from the office, Bryan enjoys being in good company with family or friends and being out in nature taking in all the sights.

Curtis is a licensed Realtor® with a Marketing and Communications degree from Babson College. Before launching his real estate career, Curtis spent many years in the restaurant and entertainment industries, where he developed a strong foundation in customer service, operations, and relationship management—skills that translate seamlessly into his work in property management.

Originally from the East Coast, Curtis has made Southern California his home for over 20 years. He brings a hands-on, solutions-oriented approach to property management, focusing on owner and tenant relations, maximizing property value, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Curtis thrives on the dynamic nature of the business and is committed to delivering reliable, responsive service and strong results. When he's not managing properties, you’ll find him at the dog park on weekends with his two rescue dogs, Tiki and Willis.

Kari originally joined Sail Properties in 2017. After taking a hiatus, she has rejoined the team and is happy to be back working in the field she excels at. Her background in property management is extensive, with over 25 years of diverse experience. Starting out in HOA Management, she eventually branched out to work in Commercial and Residential Management and Leasing. Kari specializes in customer service and is excellent at connecting with owners, tenants and vendors which makes her the perfect fit for this position. In her free time, she enjoys hanging out with her husband.

Roberto is a responsible and dedicated professional with a degree in communications from university. He brings a thoughtful, methodical approach to his work. Since 2022, he has served as a Leasing Agent and now holds the role of Service Request Coordinator with Sail Properties, where he continues to grow his expertise in property management and client service. Outside of work, he enjoys quiet moments with his partner of six years and their dog, Appa, as well as reading and playing video games in his free time.

Richard is a local Huntington Beach native. As a licensed Real Estate agent since 2013, his history in Residential Sales, Leasing, Finance, and most recently as a Property Manager, give him a well balanced background for all your Real Estate needs. Richard holds his Property Manager and Property Manager Masters Certificates of education. Richard specializes in helping clients qualify and find their next home. In his off time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and son exploring all of Orange County and its beauty.

Jacob was born and raised in Huntington Beach and grew up knowing he loved the area. Attending local schools and frequenting doggie beach, Central Park, and the library, Jacob became interested and knowledgeable in the neighborhoods and culture of Orange County. After attending university in Irvine, he spent a year teaching English in China. Upon his return, he combined his love of his hometown with his passion for real estate. After obtaining his real estate license and becoming a Realtor in 2014, Jacob joined Sail Properties Team. He has worked for the team handling real estate sales, leasing, service requests, vacation rentals, and HOA accounts. He later obtained his Brokers license in 2016 and purchased the business that is his passion in 2023. He is pictured here with his wife Courtney, daughter June and son Ezra.

Diann Davisson began her real estate career in 1978 in Newport Beach. She quickly became a “top producer.” When she and Terry teamed up in 1980 they moved their location to Huntington Beach. Diann has energy to burn, and burn it she does! She’s outgoing and optimistic…always eager to find a positive solution to any situation. “I look for the win/win solution for all my clients.” Diann worked part time for Long Beach Memorial Hospital and Miller’s Children Hospital as a Certified Chaplain which she retired from in 2012. And if she has any time leftover, you can find her slicing through the waves on her custom body board.

Terry Eselun has been selling real estate since 1980. She’s never been a “high pressure” broker. She prefers to listen carefully to what her clients need and want. She enjoys a sense of accomplishment when they achieve their dreams. “Each client has a unique situation and set of requirements. My goal is to assist them to their individual solution.” When she’s not helping clients, her passion is still surfing. In fact, last year for her 60th birthday she took a trip to the west coast of Vancouver Island and surfed perfect, isolated waves with black bears on the beach and eagles flying above.

Ruben was born and raised in Southern California and attended Biola University for his undergraduate degree in Communications. He started working in Property Management right out of college and has worked at the Irvine Company, Shea Homes and several other large property management companies in his 20 year career. He is also a property owner himself and loves to assist others in becoming homeowners as well. He loves spending his time with his 3 beautiful daughters and is always taking them for an ocean view hike, the beach or the park. After obtaining his real estate license and becoming a Realtor in 2024, Ruben joined the Sail Properties Team.
