To qualify, applicants must have a gross monthly income of at least 2.5x the rent and a credit score of 680 or higher.
When you apply, be ready to provide: a valid photo ID, proof of income (paystubs or 6 months of bank statements/tax returns), a recent bank statement, and a photo of your pet (if applicable), along with 5 years of residential history and rental reference contacts.
Every resident 18 or older must submit a separate application. A $40 non-refundable application fee applies per applicant.
